Sari’s Sex Esteem® Talks, Groups and Workshops
Sari offers Sex Esteem® talks that are, entertaining, engaging and educational to a wide range of schools, campuses, non-profit organizations, parent groups and professional corporations virtually and in person. She’s a sought after speaker and presenter in the field offering presentations and workshops covering: sexuality education, parenting, relationships, consent, sexual health monogamy and infidelity.
Her talks and workshops are steeped in an intersectional foundation honoring the diverse cultural, racial, gendered, orientation and spiritual backgrounds of folks attending.
Her mission to educate kids, parents and adults of all ages was borne as an organic outgrowth of the many years she’s listened to thousands of sexual stories containing:
- Misinformation around anatomy and normative sexual functioning
- Fear of bringing up pain with a parent (as a young person) or a partner
- Body shame, disordered eating, and eating disorders
- Embarrassment and avoidance discussing any topic involving sexuality with a partner
- Harassment, sexual trauma, and consent violations
- Erectile Disorder
- Years of sex without experiencing an orgasm
- Contracting STIs and feeling unable to discuss them with a new partner
- Agreements to repeated hookups while secretly hating them
- Unwanted pregnancies
- Compulsive sexual behavior
- Beliefs that pornography is a reliable source of sex education
Wanting to prevent the persistence of these myths, self-shame, and destructive experiences, she forged an amalgam of talks, workshops and events that help people of all ages. She creates her curated talks based on the developmental and psychological needs of her audience taking into account their age, emotional development, religious practice, and values.

Sari Cooper is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Media,Expert, Writer and Presenter and Educator with over 20 years experience in the field of sexuality . She is on the faculty of Modern Sex Therapy Institute, Esther Perel’s Sessions and has offered her private Sex Esteem® groups and talks for parents, parent groups, schools, colleges, single and coupled adults, non-profit organizations and Employee Assistance Programs since 2008.
